S.O.L.I.D. Alliance Ministries was founded in 2024 by Chaplain and Minister Dani Shaffer. She experienced first-hand the impact on patients and front-line workers of exploitation, human trafficking, and traumatic events falling through the cracks. This led her to see the need for holistic and spiritual support, education, and equipping of those that directly serve victim survivors. She has developed training for front-line workers so they can confidently provide practical and evidence-informed spiritual care to victims of Human Trafficking, Victims of Sexual Violence, and Victims of Domestic Violence. All the while, making sure the goal of this care is giving victims the compassion, confidence, and ethical care that they deserve. As people hear about Dani’s work, her hope is that the call of providing trainings and materials that started S.O.L.I.D. Alliance Ministries fosters its growth and development into the future to impact as many patients and front-line workers as possible.

Dani Shaffer is a Board Certified Chaplain Candidate, Endorsed and Ordained Chaplain , Minister, Advocate, Educator, and Mentor, specializing in trauma-informed spiritual care within high-acuity healthcare environments.
